We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Simply contact us via the form below or email us with your order number to start the process.
Rarely. Each gemstone and mineral specimen we sell is a unique natural piece — once it's sold, that exact stone won't be available again. We do add new one-of-a-kind pieces regularly, so we recommend checking back often or joining our mailing list for new arrivals.
