1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 10–12 day money-back guarantee for all gemstone and jewelry orders.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returned within 12 days of delivery.

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order details.

Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method — either PayPal or Bank Transfer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry orders.

  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery.

  • Products returned after the 12-day window.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your gemstone or jewelry arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. International Orders

Customers from Iran, Afghanistan, India, and China are welcome to return products under the same 10–12 day policy.
Please ensure the item is shipped with tracking and insurance to prevent loss during return transit.
